Spring Renewal - Restorative Yoga & Thai Touch

Join us for an evening filled with peace and tranquility as we offer you a chance to unwind and restore.  Our time together will encompass a two hour Restorative Yoga class led by Rachael and Susie.  During class, you will receive "Thai touch" to help you release the physical stress within your cells.  Yoga props, blankets and bolsters will be used during this class.  Pre-registration is required as class space is limited.
