Mindfulness Meditation:

In this class, we will learn about and practice mindfulness meditation and experience how this practice can bring more calm, compassion, focus, and equanimity to your daily life. For all levels.


Meet Your Teacher:

Christine Bandoni has been practicing yoga and meditation since 1997. She completed the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and the Mindful Schools Curriculum Course. She has taught Mindfulness Meditation to high school students and staff for the past ten years. Christine has an MSW and is a LICSW in RI and MA with a specialty in working with teens and addiction. She completed a nine-month post-graduate certificate program in the Treatment of Trauma at Boston University. Christine recently completed her yoga instructor training - RYT – 200. She is looking forward to sharing her experience and knowledge about mindfulness meditation with our community.
