This moderately paced flow class incorporates movement, breathing and alignment instruction designed to help students develop body awareness, access new levels of insight in their yoga postures and deepen meditative focus. Expect to work with both dynamic movement (within and between postures), as well as more sustained exploration in individual postures. Explore form as a way to align with your deeper essence and capacity for well-being!
