Class Description:

Come join us for this pop-up class! Help release tension in your muscles and calm your mind.  This class will incorporate full body rolling techniques and yoga stretches to help alleviate tension areas in the body, but will also include strength, stability and balance exercises.  This class will end with sound healing using the gongs, singing bowls and other instruments and tools for relaxation.    

This class is open to ALL levels!  Limited space, tickets are non-refundable

Foam rollers will be provided, but feel free to bring your own!
