Led by studio owner, Rachael Frodyma, and lead teacher at NYS, Hailey Simon, this retreat promises to be an incredible journey of self-discovery and exploration. Rachael and Hailey will guide you through invigorating yoga sessions, restorative yoga with Thai touch, and soul-nourishing meditation and breathwork practices.

Prepare to be captivated by the breathtaking views of the White Mountains as you embark on guided hikes that will take you to some of the most scenic spots in the area. Whether you're an experienced hiker or new to the trails, there will be options for all levels of fitness and adventure.

We believe in keeping things simple and enjoyable, which is why our accommodations at the Highland Center are cozy and comfortable, perfect for creating lasting memories with your fellow retreat participants. You'll have the opportunity to share a room with two, three, or four of your closest friends, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie.

Nourish your body with delicious breakfast and dinner, carefully prepared with consideration for any food allergies or dietary preferences, including vegan and vegetarian options. Trail lunches will also be available, ensuring you have plenty of energy for your outdoor explorations.

Relaxed Schedule:

Friday, 11/1:

- 4:00 PM: Check-in and settle into your rooms

- 6:30 PM: Enjoy a delicious buffet style dinner

- 7:30 PM: Opening ceremony to set the intention for the weekend. Light movement with breath & meditation. 

Saturday:

- 8:00 AM: Start the day with a rejuvenating yoga session

- 9:00 AM: Fuel up with a nourishing breakfast

- 10:00 AM: Embark on a scenic hiking adventure in the White Mountains

  - If hiking is not your preference, you can take a 20-minute drive to Conway and explore the town

- 6:00 PM: Indulge in a satisfying buffet style dinner

- 7:30 PM: Experience deep relaxation with restorative yoga and Thai touch

Sunday:

- 7:00 AM: Begin the day with a harmonious Vin-Yin Yoga session

- 8:15 AM: Join an all-levels yoga class to enhance your practice

- 9:30 AM: Enjoy a leisurely breakfast to refuel and relax 

- 11:00 AM: Check out of your rooms

  - Optional: Depart for an optional hike before leaving the retreat
