Join Kim in this fun arm balancing workshop as she teaches you different ways to explore taking flight in crow pose "bakasana". This workshop is designed for beginner through advanced practitioners. Variations will be offered to suit all levels. Whether we lift one toe or both feet, we all have the ability to soar to our potential! Come with an open mind and heart - it's going to be so much fun!
Class Breakdown
- 40 minute flow to prepare the body for crow pose
- 30 minutes working with props and various modifications of the pose
- 20 minutes cool down, stretch and savasana
