After experiencing the profound loss of her son in 2012, Sue discovered the transformative power of yoga in her own healing journey. This inspired her to become a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, earning certifications in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Grief Movement. With a teaching style rooted in mindfulness and connection, Sue supports her students in finding balance, peace, and strength as they explore their own paths to healing and renewal.
