Join us at Nanaquaket Yoga Studio for a compassionate journey through loss with our monthly Yoga for Grief sessions, led by Susan Anderson. Our first gathering will take place on Friday, March 21, from 7 PM to 8 PM. Each session is designed to provide a gentle and supportive practice that helps you navigate the complexities of grief while finding moments of peace.
In this 60-minute class, we will engage in mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness to create a safe and nurturing environment for honoring your emotions. Whether your grief is fresh or long-held, this session offers valuable tools to support your healing journey.
No prior yoga experience is necessary—come as you are, and allow yourself the space to move through this together with others who understand.
Investment: $25 per person.
(Tickets are non-refundable due to limited space)
We look forward to welcoming you into this healing practice.
