Men’s Yoga Class Description
Join us for men’s yoga aka "Bro-ga" class every Tuesday evening at 7:00 PM, led by our studio owner, Rachael. This class focuses on breath work to center the mind, followed by deep stretching to enhance flexibility and relieve tension. You'll also engage in strengthening postures that promote stability and resilience. We’ll wrap up with a brief meditation to help integrate your practice, leaving you feeling grounded and relaxed.
All levels are welcome to explore and connect in this supportive environment.
