What are the Winter Meridians?
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, winter is associated with the Kidneys and Bladder meridians. These meridians play a vital role in our overall health, governing our energy levels, water balance, and emotional well-being. During this class, we will focus on these specific meridians, utilizing acupuncture techniques to help clear blockages, restore balance, and enhance vitality. You’ll feel the soothing effects as we work to nourish your body during this introspective season.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation practice that invites you to enter a state of deep relaxation while remaining fully aware. In this session, we’ll focus on stillness and turning inward, allowing you to explore your inner landscape. As you lie comfortably, our instructor will guide you through a series of visualizations and breathwork designed to calm your mind, release tension, and promote self-discovery.
