Restorative Yoga & Healing Sound Bath

Experience the joy and relaxation of our, Restorative Yoga with Integrated Healing Sound Bath, where the soothing embrace of restorative poses meets the healing vibrations of sound throughout the entire session. This unique experience is designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit, guiding you into a deep state of relaxation and self-discovery.

As you arrive, you'll be welcomed into a calm and relaxing space where gentle restorative yoga postures will be seamlessly interwoven with the calming sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments. Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, you will flow through supported poses that promote relaxation and release tension, all while being surrounded by the healing frequencies of sound.

The sound bath will accompany you as you transition between poses, enhancing your experience and deepening your connection to the present moment. Each note will resonate with your being, allowing for a greater release of stress and a profound sense of peace.

The class will conclude in a 30-minute Savasana, where you will fully immerse yourself in the healing sound bath. As you lie in stillness, the sound vibrations will wash over you, promoting deep healing, energetic balancing, and a sense of unity with yourself and the universe.

This event is suitable for all levels, whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice. Come with an open heart and a desire to embrace the restorative powers of yoga and sound. Leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and more deeply connected to your inner self.

What to Bring: A yoga mat, a blanket or cushion for comfort, water, and an open mind.
