Led by Sue Andersen, this nurturing gathering offers a quiet, supportive space for those navigating heartbreak, loss, or emotional weariness. Participants will have the opportunity to slow down, be witnessed, and tend to the tender places within that are asking for care.
Through breath-centered grounding, reflective writing, symbolic ritual, gentle yoga, and mindful movement, participants will be guided through a process of emotional release and renewal. A guided release ritual invites you to name and let go of what no longer serves you, while a heart-filling exercise supports reconnection with the qualities you wish to welcome into your life. Gentle movement and sound will provide an opportunity to soften stored tension and emotions held in the body, helping to restore a sense of flow, safety, and ease.
The workshop will conclude with deep restorative poses, allowing time for integration, nervous system regulation, and profound rest within a shared, held environment. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, honoring their unique grief or healing journey with compassion and presence.
This workshop is especially supportive for anyone experiencing grief, heartbreak, or life transitions, as well as those longing for a safe, embodied space to rest and release. Participants will leave with a sense of emotional spaciousness, strengthened inner resilience, and practical tools to continue tending to their hearts with kindness beyond the workshop.
