Enjoy a peaceful & healing  experience with Reiki Energy Healing, led by Kristen Moshiek.   This gentle, hands-on practice restores balance by encouraging the free flow of energy throughout your body, promoting relaxation and emotional well-being.

During your session, you’ll remain fully clothed while Kristen gently places her hands on or above your body, focusing on your unique needs. Many leave feeling peaceful, grounded, and more connected to themselves.  Essential oils will be used during your session.  If you prefer to opt out of this, kindly let Kristen know prior to the start of your session.
