Yoga for Men or what we like to call, "Bro-ga" is a class designed specifically for men; to work on balancing-strength with flexibility. Focusing on poses to help create flexibility and mobility, targeting areas of the body such as hamstrings, calves, shoulders and chest. Standing poses will help improve the flexibility of your feet, ankles, legs and hips. Together, we have a lot of fun, with the mind-set of "Progress not Perfection. Come as you are, it's really ok if you can't touch your toes! See you Tuesday evening at 7pm. Class time is 60 minutes.
