Yin Yoga & Balancing QI "Energy"
Join Christine this October as she offers a beautifully designed five week series on Yin Yoga & Balancing Qi. New to Yin, no worries. Yin yoga is a practice of holding poses, seated or lying down, for 3-5 minutes that targets the fascia around the muscle tissue. While there are numerous physical benefits, this 5-week series will dive into the energetic benefits of a yin yoga practice. Yin yoga is one way to balance and harmonize the qi energy in the body. Each week we will focus on a different meridian pair in the body and explore the qualities of balanced energy vs deficient or stagnant energy. No prior yoga experience is needed. You do not need to be flexible to benefit from a yin yoga practice. Poses can be modified to best suit each unique body.
