Join us for an invigorating 6-week Spring Boot Camp led by Micki Poulton at Nanaquaket Yoga Studio. This boot camp is designed to kickstart the Spring season and bring back that energy you may have lost during the winter months.
Each week, we will explore a different scenic view from the beautiful town of Tiverton, right here in Rhode Island. Our class locations will be determined by the weather forecast, allowing us to fully embrace the natural beauty of our surroundings. In the event of inclement weather, we will be flexible and relocate the class indoors at Nanaquaket Yoga Studio.
During this boot camp, you can expect a dynamic and engaging program that combines physical activity, mindfulness, and community connection. Micki will guide you through a variety of exercises, to help strengthen and build endurance as well as rejuvenate your body and mind.
