What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, where the body is completely relaxed yet the mind remains alert. In this class, you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation, allowing you to let go of daily distractions and demands.
