Join us for a nurturing four-week progressive yoga series Tuesday morning at NYS begining on February 4th, led by our experienced yoga teacher, Sandy Riley, designed to help you start the new year off right. Each class, running from 10:30 to 11:30 AM at our welcoming yoga studio, will focus on gentle movements and mindfulness practices that encourage a deeper connection to your breath and body.
